Founded on the principles of freshness and quality, Salad Nation is a family-owned and operated small business. With a passion for delivering both nutritious and delicious dining options, we have become a local favorite for both lunch and dinner. Our journey began with a simple vision: to serve meals that are freshly made in-house, never frozen and taste amazing. A motive to deminish the stigma that fast food always has to be un-healthy.

We started Salad Nation as a small family, who was simply looking for a healthier more fresh way to eat. We were tired of “Fast Food” having to always be unhealthy & un-delicious. So what did we do? We simply understood something had to happen, and all it takes is one person to make a ripple effect in the ocean of stigma.

One of Salad Nation’s Owners “Omar Solorzano” continues to build Salad Nation every single day to where it is today. Consistency and Quality is his number one focus when it comes to every dish that is served. Making sure that nothing is overlooked, from the toppings that are prepared every day, to our in-house-made dressings and sauces.

Starting as a restaurant that nobody knew of, to being voted one of the Best Locally Owned Restaurants in Tucson Arizona. Not only that nomination but Salad Nation was also voted to have the best chicken and the best salads in Tucson. “We are not going to stop growing, till we are offering fresh and tasty food in every single plaza and community possible” Omar Solorzano.
